Preference goes to individuals who have experience with ACE software however office is willing to train for the right person. Presentability and good communication skills are a must for this office.
B. State of the art practice in La Jolla looking for a detail oriented front office to assist the doctor as his 'right hand man' with his up and coming new practice. General practice also does a lot of prostho work. M-Th and Fridays are optional as needed. Full benefits offered. Office is on Eaglesoft and will train the right person on the software if needed.
C. Upscale downtown San Diego office seeks polished, professional team player with incredible verbal skills to assist in the front office. FFS only; however the staff will assist patients with obtaining re-reimbursement from their insurance companies. Emphasis on TEAM atmosphere. Candidate must be diplomatic, self starter and a problem solver. Extremely competitive pay. They are replacing someone who has been there for 8 years so there are some big shoes to fill!
RDA/DA
D. RDA-EF position available in Carlsbad area. Needs all EF duties on pocket license and must be comfortable working MWFS full days. 2 days staying until 6 pm. Very high salary available!!
E. Encinitas office looking for DA rover MWF 9-6. PPO office uses Eaglesoft, and digital xrays. BILINGUAL is required. Benefits negotiable after a year since this is a part time position.
F. Perio and Cosmetic O/S office looking for surgical RDA to bring some cheer to the office T-F. Benefits offered. Must be detail oriented, computer savvy, and have a great attitude. Office is paperless and uses Dentrix software.

RDH
H. Del Mar practice looking for RDH Tu,Th 9-6. Traditional x-rays, PPO FFS, Softdent. Office has intraoral camera for you to utilize. Arestin experience preferred.
I. RDH for Encinitas on Tuesdays. Late hours so even if you live further away you will miss all the traffic!! Must know Dentrix and Digital Xrays, this is non-negotiable. Office has a strong perio protocol so hygienist must be experienced with STM! Although it is only one day a week the office still offers IRA, dental, bonus and is negotiable with vacation.
J. Newer practice in Chula Vista looking for experienced RDH to add to their growing practice on Tuesdays. Pay and benefits to be negotiated based on experience. Completely digital/paperless office will provide an assistant if needed for extra busy days!
K. Clairemont office needs RDH W and possibly Th 8-5. You will have to be on your toes since this office is on an accelerated hygiene schedule.
DENTISTRY
L. Dentist needed 4 days a week in Chula Vista. Preference goes to doctor who is willing to do Endo and simple O/S. 2-3 years experience preferred. BUY-IN gets preference over an Associate however office is keeping their options open.
M. Oceanside office looking for Dentist on Fridays. Private PPO/FFS office needs a doctor who is comfortable with aggressive diagnosing. Office sees a lot of cosmetic patients.
N. Board Certified Orthodontist needed for a few days a month. Must be easy going and laid back to fit in with this office! Please call for more details.
O. Established office in La Mesa is looking to add a partner. 10 years exp required. Preference goes to candidate who will be bringing in patients to practice and an individual who has implant experience. Must be up to date on post grad, people person, presentable, outgoing, involved and constantly marketing themselves. Strong self image is important. You pick your level of commitment as an associate.
